How we work
We understand that organising an outdoor event can be overwhelming. From the initial consultation to the final set up, we guide you every step of the way, ensuring you can focus on your event.
Initial quotes & plans
Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, or private party, we begin by understanding your vision and event requirements for your perfect marquee solution. However you choose to get in touch let us know the details of your event and we will respond with a clear, itemised quote and CAD floorplan of your marquee.
Site visit
We offer free, no obligation site visits where we will assess the space and mark out the marquee space. This is where we can discuss the finer details of your marquee and event.
Booking confirmation
Once your design is finalised and you are happy to proceed your event booking can be confirmed with a 20% deposit. Your order confirmation and terms and conditions will be issued and your date will be secured.
Marquee set up
On the agreed day our experienced and friendly team will arrive on site to build your marquee, ensuring everything is installed to the highest standards. After handing over it is all yours to enjoy!
Take down and removal
After the event, we efficiently dismantle and remove the marquee, leaving the site clean and tidy. Our team ensures the process is quick and hassle-free, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
